About the Role
The Human Resources Intern supports the HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees and interns.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
- Assist in preparing employment documents and letters.
- Help coordinate training sessions and employee activities.
- Support HR compliance and document tracking.
- Assist with data entry and filing of HR documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
About You
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
