Job Summary
The Intern/Apprentice supports the One&Only Le Saint Geran's daily operations while gaining practical experience in an ultra-luxury hospitality environment. The role provides exposure to key operational departments chosen, including Culinary, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping, while developing professional, technical, and guest service skills. Interns/Apprentices are expected to contribute positively to the guest experience while embracing O&O's values, culture, and service standards.
Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary, Business, or related academic program.

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Professional appearance and conduct.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
