About the Role

The Manager, Bastien has the responsibility to run the overall operation of the studio. He/She has to check all concerning the treatment, the place, and the reporting. The Manager, Bastien will ensure the profitability of the studio, being in line with the budget. He/She will analyse guest and hotel feedback. The Manager, Bastien is the major link between the Resort and BGA. He/She also has the role of development. Always with BGA Corp review and agreement, the Manager, Bastien will work on marketing and public relation of his/her Studio.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Treatments

  • To execute and to perfectly explain all treatments.

   Services/Retails

  • To be sure about the quality and the procedure of the services provided in the studio.

   Team

  •  To create a strong team by doing or following a continuous training and creating appraisal.
  • To set-up a manning plan on a yearly basis which needs to be on each quarterly recap meeting, a task plan needs to be given to each team member corresponding to his/her position.

  Connection between departments

  • To represent, with perfection, the Pedi:Mani:Cure Studio within the Resort, making sure all staffs are well aware of what is the concept, the treatments and the products.
  • To develop a link between the Studio and the other departments.

  Financial stock and PnL

  • To overview, daily, the financial results by checking on the revenues, the variance with the previous year and the targets.
  •  It is important to understand the MTD and YTD notion and to review it with the team to get them involved in the daily target.
  • To check the stock of professional and retail products daily.
  • To act accordingly in ding orders and promotions.
  • Orders must be done in advance to make sure that there is no period when products are missing and to try to reduce the maximum amount of order in placing bigger quantities.

  Guest data base

  • To create a guest data base that is clean and useful.
  •  To create a regular communication in between the studio and its guests.

About You

The desired qualification for this role is at least a diploma in Podiatry. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
