One&Only Le Saint Géran, one of the most iconic ultra-luxury resorts in the Indian Ocean, is seeking an exceptional Groups & Events Sales Manager to drive the growth of our luxury group and Private Villas business.
Located on a private peninsula and recognised globally for its legendary status, One&Only Le Saint Géran offers a unique opportunity to work with one of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands and contribute to the commercial success of our Rooms, Suites, and exclusive Private Homes collection.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional currently working within a luxury resort environment and looking to take the next step in their career.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for proactively generating and converting high-value group opportunities, including corporate retreats, luxury leisure groups, celebrations, and exclusive villa buyouts, while maximising total revenue through accommodation, Private Villas, and Food & Beverage events.
You will play a key role in strengthening the resort’s positioning as Mauritius’ leading destination for luxury groups and ultra-high-end private stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive group sales across Rooms, Suites, and Private Villas, with a strong focus on high-value and luxury segments
- Proactively develop new business opportunities through luxury travel advisors, event agencies, corporate accounts, and tour operators
- Position and promote our Private Villas as ultra-luxury residential experiences for exclusive stays and buyouts
- Maximise total revenue through strategic cross-selling of Food & Beverage events, private dining, and bespoke experiences
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to conversion and contracting
- Conduct site inspections, client presentations, and participate in sales missions and industry events
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and operational teams to optimise performance and client experience
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a commercially driven and highly motivated individual with a proven track record in luxury hospitality sales.
Profile:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Sales within a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Proven success in driving group and event revenue
- Strong understanding of luxury clientele and high-end travel partners
- Experience selling villas, suites, or luxury accommodation is highly advantageous
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive, results-oriented, and commercially focused
