Job Summary:

The Marketing & Communications Executive plays a key role in bringing the One&Only Le Saint Géran brand to life through compelling visual storytelling, creative content, and efficient administrative support. This position is responsible for producing and managing social media content in supervision of leaders, supporting photo and video shoots before during and after photographers’ visits, designing on-brand marketing materials, and assisting with departmental coordination, reporting and documentation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Develop engaging social media content (reels, stories, posts) in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with photo and video shoots, including basic editing and visual styling.
  • Update the resort’s IPTV system with timely news and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather and create content that reflects the full resort experience.
  • Verse with the use of social media & influence platforms such as Sprinklr, Campaygn or Salesforce.

Graphic Design & Branding:

  • Design promotional materials for resort outlets (F&B, Spa, Sports, Events) including flyers, digital assets, and brochures.
  • Ensuring all creative assets meet One&Only’s luxury brand standards.
  • Create visual concepts, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital use.
  • Support in the creation of powerpoint presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Full support in timely procurement process.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining marketing documentation including comp forms, smartsheets, and invoice tracking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and other departments for timely execution of materials.
  • Support the DOMC and MMC with internal marketing requests and follow-ups.
  • Organize and archive content files, media databases, and brand assets for the team.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of influencer and media visits, including preparation of VIP itineraries, comp forms, gift arrangements, and welcome notes.
  • Handle and track booking confirmations, inter-departmental communication, and logistics related to hosted media stays.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in social media management and basic video editing.
  • Strong visual eye with attention to detail and a passion for luxury aesthetics.
