Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Mini Bar Attendant to join our team! As a Mini Bar Attendant, you'll be responsible for restocking and maintaining mini bars in hotel rooms, ensuring that all items are accurately accounted for and presented to our high standards. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Restock mini bars with a variety of beverages and snacks.
  • Check mini bar contents against inventory lists to ensure accuracy.
  • Replenish stock as needed and record consumption.
  • Ensure all items are properly chilled and stored.
  • Monitor mini bar inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits.
  • Identify and report slow-moving or expired items.
  • Collaborate with purchasing team to optimize inventory levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests with mini bar-related inquiries.
  • Respond to guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Offer suggestions and recommendations for mini bar items.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bar areas.
  • Ensure mini bars are stocked and presented to our high standards.
  • Clean and sanitize mini bar equipment and storage areas.
  •  Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless room preparation.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to team discussions.

 

About You:

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French. Food handler's certificate is a must. Experience with inventory management or stock control is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills and accuracy with inventory management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
