About the role

 

Do you have a passion for Recruitment and want to kick start your career in Human Resources? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, the Recruitment team is awaiting your application. As an Officer, Recruitment, you will assist the Recruitment team with secretarial support and coordination of all administrative and recruitment-related issues within the department. You will specifically assist the Manager, Talent, with all administration and all administration-related matters and assist in organizing recruitment trips for the recruitment team. You will also manage document control, following up on outstanding candidate documents for candidate visa applications and assist with all recruitment related administration issues and with compilation of adverts for various advertising platforms.

 

 

About you

 

The successful Officer, Recruitment candidate will ideally have a relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, hospitality management, or a business administration field, as well as 1-2 years’ experience within an administration position within recruitment.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word. You will have exceptional communication skills, being fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
