About The Role
Welcome and greet Guests upon arrival and departure with a warm welcome as per One & Only Standards, Good luggage handling and personalized service with great care and courtesy, while demonstrating our Genuine Hospitality to all our Guests at all time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome Guests upon arrival as per One & Only standards.
- Offer assistance by opening doors and Luggages.
- Deliver a personalized service escorting guest to their respective transfers.
- Scrutinise daily arrival and departure list
- Take record of all transfers daily
- Maintain Club car and other equipments
- Respond to special request from Concierge
- Perform any cognate duties related to the job
- Well groomed
- Luggage Handling
- Message Delivery
- Assist Guest with Directions
- Cleaning of trolleys and Luggage Room
About You
The desired qualifications for this role are at least a School Certificate and a National Certificate Level 3 in any given field. The ideal candidate should at least have 2 years of experience in the same role in an international ultra-luxury resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
