About the Role

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for all the purchased products of the hotel including the dispatch and collection of all goods and documents, as well as for verifying the accuracy of delivery of the purchased orders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•  To handle and to ensure that all merchandise delivered to the stores has been properly received and stored.
•  To document and record all invoices in the system.
•  To help storekeepers in terms of ordering, cleanliness, and stock management.
•  To assist in conducting month-end inventories.
•  To dispatch and collect goods/documents for the Finance Department.

About You

The desired qualification for this role is at least a Higher School Certificate. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
