About the Role
Accepts all purchased products into the hotel, verifying accuracy of delivery to purchase orders. Dispatch and Collection of all Goods and Documents as Directed by HOD/Manager, Procurement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles and ensures all merchandises delivered to stores have been properly received and stored
- Documents and records all invoices in system
- Helps storekeepers in terms of ordering, cleanliness and stock management
- Assists in conducting month-end inventories
- Ensures a good relationship is maintained with all the departments
- Dispatch and collection of Goods/Documents for Finance Department

About You
The ideal candidate should have at least a school certificate. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience managing a storekeeper function in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French. The candidate should have the knowledge of the appropriate stock levels for any given item kept in inventory and the amount of time the item will be fresh. The candidate should have basic mathematical skills necessary to track and receive specific volume deliveries and the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry items up to 20 lbs, overhead or otherwise, move or push goods on a hand cart/truck with reasonable weight to the extent of avoiding physical injury to self and/or other employees. Goods must be moved (one or more items at a time), depending on size and weight at a continuous schedule.
