About the Role
Club One is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. Based at the Neo Sport Shop, the Receptionist plays a key role in managing bookings, responding to inquiries, and supporting the overall operations of Club One.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle and manage bookings for tennis, padel, personal training, and group classes via phone, email, and in-person requests.
- Customer Service & Communication:
- Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries related to Club One services, schedules, and facilities.
- Provide information and assistance to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience at the Neo Sport Shop reception area.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare and submit a monthly report to the Club One Manager, summarizing key metrics, booking statistics, and any notable updates.
- Carry out additional duties and tasks as directed by the Club One Manager to support the smooth functioning of Club One.

About You
The ideal candidate should have at least a high school. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
