About the Role
At One&Only Le Saint Géran, we create exceptional experiences for our guests through extraordinary people. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent who embody our luxury service standards and values.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments within the resort. This includes sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, conducting initial assessments, preparing employment documentation, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
You will proactively build talent pipelines through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, hospitality networks, educational institutions, internships, and management trainee programmes. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, manage recruitment timelines, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
The Recruitment Officer will also support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, career fairs, and community outreach programmes to position One&Only Le Saint Géran as an employer of choice. An important aspect of this role will be ensuring recruitment processes are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with company policies and local employment legislation.

About You
The successful Recruitment Officer candidate will have a bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, together with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Experience using recruitment systems, applicant tracking platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications will be highly advantageous.
