About the Role
Liaise with purchasing and hotel manager, retail director corporate office, give assistance to guest.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Do purchase request
- Do roster of retail department.
- Manage daily sales report send to retail director consistently.
- Check cash float daily.
- Do display.
- Manage sell through & send report to retail director.
- Attend the operation morning meeting.
- Prepare consignment payment every month.
- Do inventory.
- When received import good counter checked.
- Do price tagging.
- Do follow up on perishable items.
- Ironing new products when received.
- Give assistance and advised guest.
- Manage sicorax system - planning by responsible, loading of clocking.
- Manage net view point to do reports.
- Send email& respond to mail.
- Do departmental meeting every month.
- Do follow up on import payment
- Conduct appraisal each year for the team
- Do line-up daily.
- Do prelist / do account closer when finish daily duty.
- Do follow up on display done.
- Do requisitioning with store in house when need good in shop.
- Opening & closing of the shop.
- Do billing when guest purchased.
- When guest purchased in retail do room delivery.
- Make reservation for newspaper & magazines.
- Do follow up on stamp & stamps float.
About You
The ideal candidate should have at least a school certificate and be computer literate. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
