Record and control the payment processes of the importing company in a timely manner.
- Record daily bank movements of each and every bank account.
- Prepare bank reconciliations for all company accounts, ensuring that each operation is recorded in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly templates corresponding to accounting accounts.
- Preparation and registration of accounting operations of the companies.
- Make sure to review all advance payment processes to suppliers.
- Support in the taking of inventories for Hotels, Retails, Golf.
- Support the different departments according to their requirements or needs.
- Review daily bank balances to be able to invest or divest.
- Fund the accounts to make the necessary payments
