- Responsible for carrying out the production assigned by his supervisor (bread, desserts, pies, cakes, etc.) always with the highest quality.
- Prepares everything under the standards established by the supervisors, always in a consistent and continuous manner.
- Safeguards personal integrity and that of his colleagues. Detects work risks and takes care of his environment to avoid accidents.
- Keeps his work area clean and actively cooperates in the order and cleanliness of common areas.
- With the guidance of his supervisor, lists all the necessary ingredients for requisitions on future days.
- Helps keep the warehouses and refrigerators clean and organized at all times.
- Avoids the misuse of work supplies.
- Correctly stores all products dated and labeled according to current standards.
- Washes and takes care of special equipment immediately after using it.
- Helps other collaborators when they are busier than him.
- Is willing to make special or last minute requests required by our guests.
- Performs any additional tasks indicated by his/her supervisor
- Reports damaged equipment to his/her supervisor
- Accepts instructions and feedback professionally
- Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Carries out the cleaning roll corresponding to his/her area in order to maintain hygiene at all times.
- Actively seeks to develop knowledge and skills both in his/her area of responsibility and in that of colleagues.
