The Boutique Attendant position develops within the operational areas of Neo Boutique and Neo Life. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience while providing high-level personalized service in accordance with One&Only Palmilla and Forbes Travel Guide standards. The Boutique Attendant actively promotes products to maximize sales, maintains impeccable visual presentation, and ensures a welcoming environment that reflects the spirit of JOY, creating memorable experiences for our guests through genuine engagement and attention to detail.

Job Summary 

The Boutique Attendant is in charge of daily operational duties within Neo Boutique and Neo Life, providing elevated guest service, consistently promoting products, ensuring optimal product availability, and maintaining flawless presentation across all areas. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

• Provide a high level of personalized service to guests in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide and One&Only Palmilla service standards. 

• Promote products consistently to increase sales while enhancing the guest experience. 

• Maintain all product displays in perfect condition, ensuring visual appeal and brand alignment. 

• Ensure visual merchandising of displays according to established standards. 

• Meet and exceed departmental sales goals and performance targets. 

• Replenish and supply merchandise sold on a daily basis. 

• Handle cash, values, and merchandise responsibly and accurately. 

• Conduct monthly inventories and maintain accurate stock control. 

• Ensure proper care of merchandise, displays, and department furniture. 

• Create daily sales reports and complete administrative requirements. 

• Create Alice tickets for special guest requests and follow up on special purchase orders. 

• Support a positive team culture aligned with JOY, professionalism, and luxury service excellence. 

Requirements 

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or guest service (preferred). 

• Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Knowledge or willingness to learn Forbes Travel Guide standards. 

• Ability to handle cash and basic administrative tasks accurately. 

• Flexibility to work according to operational needs. 

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. 

• Professional grooming and appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.
