  • Run the POS Withdrawal F&B process.
  • Review and correct errors during the POS withdrawal process.
  • Compare inventory balances by finalizing the POS.
  • At the end of the shift, run the Zerobalance process for the kitchens.
  • Post the day's transactions in GL and archive electronically.
  • Post all inventory transactions and save them for future reference.
  • Consolidate the Physical Inventory Report with the Accounting Balance.
  • Check that all transfers are applied correctly.
  • Supervise that all consumption generates the corresponding receipt.
  • Confirm that the daily Income has been posted in the System.
  • Prepare and distribute the Food Cost report.
  • Prepare and distribute the Beverage Cost report.
  • Together with the Chef, work on the performance and Quality tests of the products.
  • Review the merchandise reception report.
  • Together with Accounts Payable, compares and balances the records to inventories vs. Invoice Register.
  • Performs Spot checks on the Reception of Goods and fills out a documented Registration sheet.
  • Performs Spot Checks in the warehouses and fills out a documented registration sheet.
  • Performs Spot checks in the Butcher Shop, comparing sales with invoices/Requisitions and documents it.
  • Checks that the Purchase processes are carried out.
  • Irregularly, compares the physical inventory in bars against the computed inventory and keeps a record.
  • Together with the F&B Staff, checks that the theoretical content of the System's recipes is realistic.
  • Checks that the Executive Consumptions are properly applied.
  • Reconciles that the cost of the collaborators' cafeteria is properly applied.
  • Prepares the End of Month inventory and organizes the inventory count for all inventory locations.
  • Monitors the monthly inventories and updates them in the system.
  • Prepares the inventory variation report along with the physical formats.
  • Prepares and distributes the month-end report of the Food and Beverage Cost Report.
  • Reconciles the end-of-month inventories with the accounting inventory balances.
  • Resets the closed period statistics in iScala to be aware of the beginning of the next month.
  • Prepares the menu analysis and sends it to the Food and Beverage department.
  • Based on the Menu analysis, proposes and suggests the sale prices to the F&B Department.
