Assistant Engagement & Internal Communication Manager

  • Develop and coordinate all communication materials with our collaborators (announcements and publications, internal campaigns, communication boards, etc.) as well as verify that the boards are updated with the corresponding information.
  • Maintain that the communication tools are functional and in good condition, always providing your collaborators with meaningful information and/or access to services and products that will improve their experience at One&Only Palmilla.
  • Supervise and create new initiatives and projects that lead to integration, information and communication between our collaborators and our company, as well as internal events (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Children's Day, end-of-year party, promotions for Collaborators, etc.)
  • Assist with the form of communication throughout the organization to facilitate the proper dissemination of information.
  • Coordinate and continuously update the company intranet (ikonnect), ensuring the culture and guidelines of the One&Only brand.
  • Plan and develop the ‘Collaborator of the Month’ recognition program aligned with the company’s values ​​on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Manage photography, editing and publication of all events.
  • Organize and manage sports leagues (football, basketball, volleyball, golf, fishing) and team building activities for collaborators.
  • Coordinate the ‘Time to connect’ program to ensure and build communication between the General Manager and the company’s collaborators.
  • Prepare and coordinate budgets for internal activities.
  • Coordinate and manage the Collaborator survey to improve the work environment in the departments.
  • Disseminate and ensure internal recognition programs at all levels within the resort.
  • Perform On boarding with new employees and Collaborators (Deaths, Welcomes, Births, Farewells, Promotions, digital cards for birthdays).
