- Assists in planning and supervising the maintenance of greens, tee boxes, and tracks.
- Creates work schedules and supervises employees in the proper use of equipment.
- Instructs equipment operators in the operation and care of mowers and other equipment.
- Supervises the application of pesticides, also operates and calibrates pesticide application equipment.
- Supervises and participates in the operation and maintenance of pumps and in the maintenance of the irrigation and drainage system.
- Assists in the administration and evaluation of personnel, as well as in their safety and discipline; and based on their professional interpretation, may modify the daily work plan.
