As a KidsOnly Coordinator, you are the heart of our young guests’ experience — creating magical moments, laughter, and learning in a safe and inspiring environment. You are responsible for curating a daily program of creative, educational, and entertaining activities, ensuring that each child enjoys an unforgettable luxury experience aligned with the resort’s standards of excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and execute the daily KidsOnly program of activities in a fun, safe, and engaging manner.

Ensure that all children are supervised with the highest level of care, safety, and professionalism.

Create unique, themed experiences that reflect the resort’s identity and values of luxury hospitality.

Maintain cleanliness, order, and disinfection of all areas, materials, and toys before and after each activity.

Ensure PPE is worn at all times and hygiene protocols from both local authorities and the resort are strictly followed.

Follow grooming standards and the resort’s Lost & Found policy with precision.

Keep accurate registration forms and attendance records for all participating children.

Prepare amenities and surprises for children according to the daily or seasonal plan.

Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest requests and operational needs are met.

Attend training sessions, including first aid and safety, to maintain updated knowledge and skills.

Conduct daily self-audits to ensure luxury service standards are consistently achieved.

Provide a seamless handover at the end of each shift.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by management, showing flexibility and a team-oriented attitude.
