• Verifica la bitácora para ver pendientes y darle el seguimiento adecuado a los pendientes.  

• Proporciona un servicio cortes y profesional con los colaboradores, clientes internos y externos.  

• Supervisa que todos los colaboradores se presenten a sus labores con el estándar de higienes personal. 

• Supervisa que el dosificador siempre tenga productos químicos. 

• Verifica que los lavados se realicen de acuerdo a cada tipo de ropa, color y tejido para logran la calidad de acuerdo a los estándares de One & Only Palmilla.  

• Verifica que los resultado de lavado y planchado, sean los adecuado para cada tipo de ropa.  

• Planifica el rol de trabajo de acuerdo a la ocupación para dar un mejor servicio a todos los departamentos con los que tienes contacto.  

• Ayuda a la realización de los inventarios de blancos y mantelería.  

• Coordina a los colaboradores en el lavado, secado y planchado de blancos, mantelería y uniformes para que siempre este trabajando todo el equipo y no tengamos quejas de nuestros clientes internos.
