  • About the Job 

    • Fostering the health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests is an essential part of our culture. As a Main Gate Agent, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a secure, welcoming, and seamless arrival and departure experience. 

    • This role combines hospitality and security, ensuring all guests, visitors, and vendors are received with warmth while maintaining strict adherence to established security protocols. Your presence at the main gate reflects the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence. 

    • Reporting to the Security Manager, key responsibilities include: 

    • Provide a warm, professional welcome and farewell to all guests, residents, and visitors  

    • Control and document all arrivals, departures, visitors, vendors, and vehicles entering the property  

    • Ensure all access through the main gate is properly authorized, registered, and monitored  

    • Manage and control golf cart traffic and guest parking access  

    • Monitor CCTV systems and report any irregularities  

    • Coordinate and verify restaurant and spa reservations for access control purposes  

    • Maintain control of restricted access points, including back-of-house and villa access doors  

    • Issue and control exit passes according to established procedures  

    • Respond effectively to emergencies and support incident management protocols  

    • Provide First Aid assistance when required  

    • Ensure the property remains secure during low or non-operational hours  

    • Utilize operational systems such as ALICE, Opera, Outlook, and OpenTable to support daily operations  

    • Maintain familiarity with Executive Committee members, owners, and Palmilla community members to ensure seamless and discreet access  

    About You 

    • You are a professional who naturally combines security awareness with exceptional guest service. You remain calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering a safe and welcoming environment at all times. 

    • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset  

    • High School diploma or equivalent  

    • CPR and First Aid certification preferred  

    • Previous experience in security, hospitality, or guest-facing roles is highly desirable  

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail  

    • High level of responsibility, integrity, and reliability  

    • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism  

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly in emergency situations  

    • Guest-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional at all times 

  • Control of door from the back of villa one 

  • Control of all restaurant reservation 

  • Control of all Spa reservation   

  • Monitoring of Surveillance cameras (CCTV) 

  • Handle emergency situations in the property  

  • Responsible for maintaining high levels of security around main gate  

  • Ensure that access to the hotel by main gate are properly authorized, documented and monitored.  

  • Control of exit passes  

  • Responsible to ensure all areas in the hotel are proper secured during not operations time.  

  • Responsible to provide first AID to guest and colleagues.   

  • Efficient management of programs (Alice, opera, Outlook, Open table), for the perfect operation of the area. 

  • They are familiar with the executive committee, owners and Members of the Palmilla complex for seamless access.
