  • Responsible for the training and development of your staff focusing on established standards.
  • Maintains a high level of quality and satisfactory service for both the client and Management
  • Prepares the schedule of managers and department supervisors in coordination with the food and beverage assistant.
  • Verify and control the Staffing Guideline of your consumption center.
  • Selectively supervises cleaning, lighting, order and any detail that affects the image of the restaurant and/or banquet event during its tour of the areas of the consumption center.
  • Supervises the various functions of trusted and unionized personnel.
  • He is in charge of the area operation team.
  • Holds periodic meetings with the staff in your charge.
  • Supervises that managers and supervisors correctly complete the logs in Avero.
  • Management of the Budget and P&L of your center was completed.
  • Manages 100% the corporate system of Clarabrige, Avero, and Alice.
  • Verify that guest treatment is friendly and courteous.
  • Supervises that there is dynamism, effectiveness and quality in the service.
  • You have the power to authorize a charge or make a bonus to a guest's account.
  • Solve problems so that the guest is satisfied
  • Avoid as much as possible that discipline relaxes since it is the only way to maintain the principle of authority.
  • Support to consumption centers and/or Banquets at any time necessary.
  • Assistance and supervision of any problem with guest accounts.
  • Participates in the A and B Management meetings with the administrative area or Service personnel.
  • Supervises and authorizes the creation of the personnel template for the development of unionized personnel roles.
  • Review home group programs to anticipate needs.
  • Review the list of VIPs and recommended guests daily.
  • Reviews the checks of guests who do not accept or do not admit a charge to their account, thereby authorizing the cancellation of the charge or proceeding to charge the corresponding employee.
  • Participate in the induction course for new staff.
  • Maintains and updates menus, supervising their preparation and purchasing requests if necessary in coordination with the food and beverage assistant.
  • Coordinates the monitoring of Accounts Receivable in the Food and Beverage area, authorizing adjustments and defining responsibilities of the staff in charge.
  • Supervises the Payroll of the areas, impacting not to exceed the budget
  • Supervision and scheduling of vacations for trusted and unionized personnel.
  • Supervises and carries out disciplinary actions of trusted personnel.
  • The food and beverage assistant works in coordination with everything related to the union.
  • Conduct Service, Cleaning and Organization Audits in all consumer centers to verify the application of standards
  • Is in the operation of Restaurants and Bars during peak hours or when required.
