About the Job

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that every dining experience reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You will oversee the daily restaurant operations, delivering flawless service, personalized attention, and full compliance with established quality standards. 

Working closely with the service, culinary, and management teams, you will help create memorable moments that embody the excellence and authenticity of our brand. 

Your leadership will inspire those around you—you will train, guide, and motivate your team to deliver warm, efficient, and detail-oriented service, while maintaining harmony, organization, and elegance across all areas of the restaurant. 

 

About You 

You are a passionate hospitality professional with a genuine commitment to service excellence and attention to detail. You lead by example, inspiring confidence in both guests and team members, and you know how to balance refined elegance with operational efficiency. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation  

  • Train, develop, and evaluate team members to uphold luxury service standards  

  • Prepare staff schedules, manage payroll control, and plan team vacations  

  • Ensure compliance with staffing guidelines and maintain labor cost efficiency  

  • Deliver personalized and professional guest service, anticipating needs and resolving requests promptly and empathetically  

  • Supervise the completion of opening and closing checklists for each shift  

  • Maintain constant communication with Kitchen, Banquets, and Food & Beverage teams  

  • Operate and oversee systems such as 7Rooms, Alice, and Micros with accuracy and follow-up  

  • Coordinate service, cleanliness, and presentation audits  

  • Review and approve guest check adjustments, charges, or compensations as needed  

  • Monitor daily VIP and group arrivals, anticipating special requirements  

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu oversight, inventory control, and requisitions  

  • Actively participate in operational meetings to ensure effective communication across teams  

  • Support other outlets or special events as required  

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in luxury restaurants or 5-star properties  

  • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards  

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency  

  • Experience with restaurant operating systems (7Rooms, Micros, Alice, or similar)  

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop multicultural teams  

  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset
