About the Job

Under the supervision of the Concierge / Front Office Department and in full alignment with brand standards and Forbes Travel Guide service expectations, the Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation for guests between the hotel and the golf course.

This role is a key guest contact position and plays an important part in delivering a seamless luxury experience. The Shuttle Driver ensures comfort, safety, and personalized service during every interaction and journey.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport guests between the hotel and the golf course in a timely and professional manner.

Greet and bid farewell to guests in a warm, courteous, and professional way, maintaining eye contact and using the guest’s name whenever possible, in accordance with Forbes standards.

Assist guests with luggage, golf bags, and personal belongings, ensuring careful handling at all times.

Maintain the vehicle clean, fully operational, and in impeccable condition at all times.

Monitor fuel levels and conduct daily vehicle inspections (oil, water, tire condition, cleanliness).

Immediately report any incidents, accidents, mechanical issues, or guest concerns to the direct supervisor.

Provide general information about the hotel, golf course, and local attractions when requested by guests.

Strictly follow all traffic laws and internal safety policies.

Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements

Valid driver’s license.

Previous experience as a driver; luxury hotel experience preferred.

Knowledge of traffic regulations and defensive driving practices.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Basic English communication skills preferred.

Excellent personal presentation.

Ability to work under luxury brand and Forbes service standards.
