About the Job
The Spa Locker Attendant plays a key role in delivering a seamless, luxurious, and welcoming spa experience. This position is
responsible for ensuring that every guest entering the locker room area feels cared for, comfortable, and well-informed throughout their spa journey. Acting as a first and last point of contact, the Locker Attendant upholds One&Only and Forbes Travel Guide.
Guide standards while maintaining impeccable cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in all locker room facilities.
This role requires a service-oriented professional who anticipates guest needs, provides clear guidance, and maintains the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and discretion in a luxury spa environment.

You are a highly service-driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and wellness. You take pride in creating memorable guest experiences through attention to detail, empathy, and proactive service. You are comfortable interacting with international guests, maintaining a calm and polished demeanor, and understanding the importance of privacy and discretion in a spa environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome guests at the main entrance of the locker room area with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

Offer spa amenities to guests, such as juice, tea, and fruit, in accordance with spa and Forbes standards.

Identify guests with scheduled treatments and clearly communicate treatment times and therapist names.

Provide a brief orientation and guided tour of the locker room facilities for first-time spa guests.

Assist guests with opening and closing locker doors and explain the use of in-locker amenities and vanity items.

Explain the proper operation, benefits, and etiquette of hot and cold pools, sauna, and steam room.

Inform guests when their therapist arrives and introduce the therapist professionally before the treatment begins.

Maintain constant awareness of cleanliness, reporting any cleaning needs, maintenance issues, or faulty equipment (including lighting and temperature concerns) to the Maintenance Department and Spa Reception.

Replenish all lockers according to the established standard locker set-up.

Monitor vanity areas and restock towels, amenities, and supplies as required.

Refill dispensers in showers, wash basins, and restrooms.

Ensure dirty linen bins are emptied regularly and transferred to the laundry department.

Monitor and verify that the temperature of the changing and locker areas meets established comfort standards.

Prepare and maintain the beverage station, ensuring proper presentation of teas, juices, and fruit selections.

Handle lost-and-found items responsibly by reporting and submitting them to the Hotel Security Department following established procedures.

Perform all duties in strict compliance with One&Only policies and Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Maintain immaculate facilities at all times, with consistent attention to presentation and hygiene.

Demonstrate professional language, posture, and body awareness when interacting with guests.

Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, concerns, or service recovery situations.
Requirements and Qualifications

Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.

Strong guest service skills with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude.

Knowledge or willingness to learn Forbes Travel Guide and luxury brand service standards.

Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English required, additional languages are an asset.

Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and personal grooming.

Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
