  • Follow the service sequence used in rooms; always seeking the complete satisfaction of our guest.
  • Recover or return to base all (dead) services reported as consumed that were sent to the rooms or general areas.
  • Prevent any negligent accident that may cause physical harm to guests or colleagues, always maintaining broad and clear communication with supervisors and managers.
  • Follow the appropriate and established payment standards.
  • Be informed of the department's specials, dishes and menu changes as well as the list of drinks including wine that are offered to guests. Be present at the shift meeting with daily information (Breafing or Line up).
  • Greet and communicate with the guest when necessary in a friendly and helpful manner, always trying to call them by name.
  • Cooperate interdepartmentally with colleagues and coworkers to satisfactorily cover any special guest request.
  • Communicate to supervisors, manager and colleagues any ideas to improve service levels and guest satisfaction applicable within the consumption center.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during work days with guests and colleagues, always focused on working as a team.
  • Demand that a daily review of their tasks and activities be carried out by the manager and supervisors before leaving the work area.
  • Show up 10 min. before their established schedule according to their job role.
  • Check and ensure that their service station has all the necessary equipment.
  • Must master the menu 100%, preparation time and method, and ingredients.
  • Knowledge of the wine and liquor menu.
  • Ensure that their service station has the mise en place according to the standard.
  • Performs the pre-established opening and closing tasks for food and beverages designed specifically for the consumption center, through an organized and equitable role.
  • Places the dishes, plates and glassware in the appropriate place.
