  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes, ensuring forecasts accurately reflect trading performance, operational requirements, market conditions, risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate and insightful monthly financial and management reporting to the Complex General Manager, Owners and Global Office, including variance analysis, performance commentary and clear recommendations for corrective action.
  • Monitor and challenge performance against budget, forecast, prior year and relevant benchmarks, with particular focus on revenue flow-through, departmental profitability, payroll productivity, controllable expenses and margin optimization.

  • Identify and implement cluster efficiencies and synergies across both properties, while maintaining transparent cost allocations and clear visibility of each property's individual financial performance.
  • Lead, develop and mentor the Finance team, establishing clear objectives and accountability while ensuring appropriate segregation of duties, succession planning, business continuity and a strong culture of integrity and financial discipline.
  • Perform any other duties, projects, or responsibilities as assigned by the Complex General Manager.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.

  • Strong understanding of owner relations, management agreements, governance, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated capability in financial systems, process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate financial performance effectively to Owners, Global Office, and non-financial leaders.
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, accountability, and attention to detail.
