About the role

As an Agent, CID Administration for our front service you will be responsible for the activities associated with the guest visas. Optimize visa time in the most efficient way for customers and stakeholders. You will have to evaluate, record, and respond to additional/special service requests and assists in troubleshooting and resolving problems that may arise during the approval. In addition, you will positively represent Atlantis The Palm professional image and reputation at all times. The possibility to cross-train within the hotel will allow you to develop your professional and personal skills to continuously learn. Passion for customer service is the driving force for this role.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be computer literate with strong organisational and planning skills. A basic knowledge of Opera would be advantageous. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of the role, fluency in Arabic is essential, with the ability to confidently speak, read, and write the language.
