About the Role
As a Front Office Agent, you will provide a seamless and professional reception experience for all guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout their stay. You will be responsible for managing efficient check-in and check-out procedures, handling cashiering transactions accurately and promptly, and providing information and assistance tailored to each guest's individual requirements. This role also focuses on delivering personalised service, creating memorable experiences, and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction at all times.
About you
You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within an internationally recognised luxury hotel or resort, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience with Opera Cloud is advantageous. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Due to our guest demographics, proficiency in Chinese, German, or French would be highly beneficial.
