About the Role


As the Assistant Manager, Aquaventure - you would take care of the Guest Buggy Services, Aquaventure Cabanas, Guest Services Kiosks, and Guest Amenities at Atlantis, you will oversee multiple high-touch guest service functions within the waterpark and resort. Your role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, managing staffing and training, and liaising with multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. From supervising guest transportation via buggies to ensuring 5-star cabana services, managing inventory, and responding to guest feedback, you are a key driver of service excellence and operational efficiency.

 

About You


You are a dynamic and detail-oriented leader with a passion for guest service and team development. With at least 2 years of management experience in a hospitality or recreation setting, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at overseeing large, diverse teams. You bring excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and are confident in handling guest complaints, team mentoring, scheduling, and interdepartmental coordination. Your working knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational compliance ensures smooth, consistent service delivery across all touchpoints. Physically fit and highly dependable, you lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
