About the Role
The Communication Centre Attendant is responsible for ensuring seamless communication across all departments involved in the daily operation of the waterpark, hotel beach, and pool facilities. As the primary communication hub, this role supports operational efficiency and guest safety by coordinating real-time updates between lifeguards, marine teams, and other support departments such as engineering, housekeeping, and security.
The Attendant plays a key role in managing radio communications, logging activities, and supporting various administrative and operational tasks. Attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Communications Attendant’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining an accurate inventory of all radio equipment

Logging all radio communications during daily operations

Assisting in the inventory and tracking of lifeguard equipment

Preparing daily lifeguard rotation schedules

Supporting HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking

Ensuring effective radio communication between departments

Logging all service interruptions and incidents throughout the day

Performing general operational and administrative duties

Carrying out any tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth park operations

Handling additional responsibilities as required by operational needs
About You
Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining clear and professional communication.
You should have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, which you will be expected to demonstrate during the assessment process. Familiarity with radio communication protocols and previous exposure to operational systems such as Galaxy is highly advantageous.
