About The Role
The Wellness Concierge is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the Concierge under the general guidelines of the Director of Front of House and Assistant Managers by ensuring the hotel standards are continuously respected and met. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel operations, services, and outlets to provide the highest standard of service to Guests. You will be the point of contact for guest’s by responding and anticipating their needs.
About You
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a luxury lifestyle brand as a front office agent or concierge, present a lively personality to engage with guests and colleagues, always keeping the spirit of a healthy work environment. Must live the brand concept, being active, with an understanding and love for sport activities.
