About The Role
The Cycling Group Class Coordinator is a dynamic leader responsible for curating and delivering high-energy indoor cycling classes that reflect SIRO’s performance philosophy. The role requires a deep understanding of cycling-based training principles and an ability to create inspiring and challenging sessions that foster community and results. Alongside group leadership, the Coordinator also delivers personalized training and supports members in achieving long-term health and performance goals. This dual role reinforces SIRO’s position as a cutting-edge wellness destination.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead daily group indoor cycling sessions with professionalism, passion, and consistency.
- Curate the cycling studio experience: lighting, music, pacing, and performance tracking.
- Provide personal training sessions aligned with members' individual goals and assessments.
- Design and update class formats, including rhythm-based rides, performance metrics classes, and recovery rides.
- Conduct onboarding and fitness assessments for new members and guests.
- Drive class engagement through high-energy coaching, inspirational messaging, and member recognition.
- Ensure the cycling studio is always prepared, sanitized, and technically functioning.
- Work with the Fitness Director to optimize group exercise timetables based on demand and innovation.
- Track attendance, performance feedback, and client progression metrics.
- Actively promote cycling programs, PT packages, and SIRO wellness services.
- Support departmental financial targets through proactive member engagement and upselling.
- Remain current on industry trends in indoor cycling, recovery, and performance training.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SIRO, embodying an athletic and aspirational lifestyle.
- Assist in mentoring fitness attendants and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
About You
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an indoor cycling instructor and personal trainer.
- Strong stage presence, motivational coaching style, and high energy delivery.
- Personal athletic background preferred; able to inspire clients through own fitness journey.
- Proven ability to create personalized and progressive training programs.
- Passion for innovation in fitness and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Professional appearance, exceptional hygiene standards, and attention to detail.
- Solid administrative and organizational skills.
