About The Role
Atlantis Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as Manager, Tenants for Retail Administration team. In this critical role, you will have the exciting opportunity to play a crucial part in growing Atlantis retail operations.
Main responsibilities of this role include:
- overseeing all third party retail outlets across the property, assuming full P&L responsibility and implementing a comprehensive 3-5 year leasing plan
- assessing the tenant mix for strengths and weaknesses, offering recommendations for enhancements in line with current market trends and delivering monthly updates to Atlantis senior management on operational performance and growth prospects
- developing strong relationships with retail tenants, serving as the main point of contact for their needs as well as coordinating lease renewals, rent collection, and handling maintenance issues
- proactively addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise between tenants and Atlantis Dubai
- establishing performance standards and monitoring tenant compliance with lease agreements
- monitor and maximize sales, footfall and occupancy metrics
About You
We are looking for candidates with Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in tenant management, leasing, or retail management, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry (proven experience in building strong tenant relationships is essential). To succeed in this role you should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders including tenants, internal teams, and senior management. Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in contract management, lease agreements, and legal compliance topics is essential to deliver best results in this role.
