About the Role
To have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to make each and every one of our guests feel comfortable and special. You'll be able to deliver exceptional result focused treatments. Ensure that the spa is well maintained, clean and presentable and able to operate the business aspects of a spa environment such as reception and stock control. To promote the overall philosophy and services of the Recovery Lab with specialist expertise and targeted treatments in order to reinforce the reputation and profile of SIRO for providing an immersive lifestyle destination.
About You
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a distinct advantage. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Previous experience in housekeeping and attendant duties within a hotel or health club environment is essential. The candidate should have a solid understanding of general cleaning practices as well as specialized cleaning techniques. A proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team is crucial. The successful applicant will be expected to maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times. Flexibility in scheduling is important, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
